The following keynote and plenary speakers spoke at our annual conference:
- Richard Serino, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA);
- Gale Rossides, Deputy Administrator at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA);
- Tim Manning, Deputy Administrator for Protection and National Preparedness at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA);
- Todd Keil, Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection at the Dept. of Homeland Security;
- Tina Gabbrielli, Director of the Office of Risk Management and Analysis (RMA) at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and
- Gen. Jim Shamess (USAF Ret.), Senior Advisor for Security Policy and Oversight for the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force.
- A plenary panel discussion with three individuals who were 'there at the creation' of DHS in 2003: Dave Weinberg, Tim Beres and Josh Filler.
The conference was held at Founders Hall, a spectacular new facility (photo, above) on the Arlington VA campus of our co-host, George Mason University School of Law's Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security (CIP/HS).
